Updates

This is the first environment concept for Ryan Sanderson's Unreal UDK project.( http://www.3dryan.blogspot.com/ ).

This is the last in my nature themed work for a long while. I started out doing this theme because I didn't want to just do the more typical big hulking men in huge suits of armor with super slick machine guns or those tired modern style soldiers with Kevlar helmets and specialized M-4 assault rifles with various attachments. But in other news: my game of the year pick is Battlefield: Bad Company 2.

New style/technique

I decided to try rendering in gray scale in photoshop then adding color layers via setting the layer properties to overlay or color, Then doing any final details in full color.
